The Story

This vibrant digital download is based on my original embroidered painting ‘Pale Pink to Wine’ - an ode to the infinite color spectrum nature is constantly showing off for those who take a moment to slow down and take it all in.

I think it’s so interesting the way we’ve come to think of “natural colors” as muted greens and browns (which are wonderful too!) when there is such a vibrant, incredible range of colors on this planet.

In this piece, I was particularly inspired by the abundance of spring and summer, full of flowers, fruits and berries in every shade of red and pink.

I won’t lie, there is something special about having a physical painting or archival print that connects you to the artist in a way that digital art often cannot. BUT here is what sets these digital pieces from Liz Lidgett Gallery apart, each on is a limited edition of 100.

That means you’ll be one of only 100 collectors in the world with this digital piece. A pretty fun humble brag.

The digital download captures every brushstroke and contrasting embroidery stitch in crisp detail, adding a touch of unexpected texture and dimension to the screen.

Artwork can be purchased as a single image file or in a bundle of 3 also including playful works by Logan Ledford and Katie Craig.
