Items are generally ready to ship within the following timeframes:
Original artwork: 1 week
Unframed prints: 1 - 2 weeks
Framed prints: 2 - 3 weeks
Signed/editioned prints: 1 - 3 weeks

Originals ship with insurance and tracking within the U.S., signature required.

Expedited shipping:
Available within U.S. upon request, please contact Emily for info. Note, production time is generally not expedited, only shipping.

Shipping Address:
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate shipping address, inc. any applicable apartment/suite/unit number, and a valid phone number when requested.

Failed or Returned Deliveries: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or failure to respond to courier attempts to confirm delivery details, and the package is returned to sender as a result, buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Because all framed prints are custom-made, no order refund will be issued in this scenario.

A flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Actual shipping cost may vary. If it is more than the flat rate, an invoice will be sent for the difference; if it is less, you will be credited. Email Emily if you would like a shipping quote before ordering.

Please note that customs, import or other potential fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. EKS Studio is not responsible for any additional fees and has no control over any possible delays with international orders.

All sales of original art, editioned prints and framed prints are final, except in the case of shipping damage* or other special circumstance. Please feel free to contact Emily with any questions before placing your order.

Unframed open edition (not numbered) prints may be exchanged only. Please contact Emily within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange for unframed prints. Prints must be mailed back in their original condition. Unfortunately, original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

*If your order arrives damaged please get in touch within 14 days of the delivery date. Please include photos of: 1) damaged product, 2) interior packaging, 3) exterior packaging (box). All three are required to file a claim with our carrier. (Unfortuntaley, orders reported lost, stolen or damaged after the 14 days, or without photographic evidence of damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.)
