Emily draws her inspiration from the emotional effects of color - especially JOY. She incorporates embroidery into her minimalist abstract paintings as a way to focus the eye and invite you to pause for a moment in a meditation on color. Her art has been featured by Anthropologie, Real Simple, Emily Henderson, Alexandra Gater and Elle Canada.

Overall framed dimensions vary slightly based on size & frame color. Frames are approx. 1" deep for sizes up to 24 x 30 and 1.5" deep for larger sizes.
